    Ladies in the office were fabulous..

    The ladies in the office of the units on James Watt Drive are just great! Very professional and courteous and helpful. Time to register was very short, about 19-15 minutes in which the unit was also shown to me. I was very comfortable being with these two young ladies.

    Convenient

    The unit size was enough for what i need at the time, the process to rent it as well as the access to it easy and convenient, only thing is they don't give you the unit ready to move in, you have to bring your own stuff to clean it, other way you would'nt be able to unless you want your stuff to be placed on dirt.

    The girl there was very thorough and polite the process went like a breeze.

    The pricing was reasonable customer service was very good the whole process didnt take too long which is good with time being a factor yet everything was well explained and thoroughly covered all questions were answered shortly after my unit was ready to move in. Long story short yes i would recommend cubesmart to family and friends.
