I found my unit clean but in need of repairs the part was bent that the lock goes in and the door did not raise very smoothly and the rubber seal on the bottom of the door was non existent . The number of the unit was on the bottom of the door that made it hard to see which unit is which the number should be at the top so it’s easily seen and the number pad to Open the gate is so low it’s impossible to reach without having to get out of your car to put in the numbers

Renter beware

I have had 2 storage units at this facility for a little over 4 months. I’m here and have been sitting outside the office door for an hour waiting for them to open. It’s 10 AM on a Saturday. Their office hours are 9AM to 3PM on Saturdays. I called the posted number 30 minutes ago and of course, had to leave a voicemail. I’m still waiting for a call back or better yet someone to show up and open the door. I’m here because they called me 2 days ago and advised that someone cut the lock off my largest unit and they secured it with a facility owned lock. I can’t access my unit and determine if anything has been stolen. I sure wish I had a bolt cutter because I’d cut that facility owned lock off and re secure the unit with a third lock I’ve had to purchase. This marks the second time in 4.5 months that someone has cut the lock off one of my units. After waiting more than an hour and a half, manager finally called. After gaining access to unit, I discovered that items were actually stolen from unit. Replacement cost of stolen items, roughly $600.
