The storage is clesn but the automated gate from the phone never works.

The ladies were really nice to myself & my nephew.

Move in was seamless on their end. I had a few hiccups & they were very accomodating.

I coordinated my move in from another state. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to move in with no problem.

Trash and unacceptable items everywhere

The portion of the units that caught on fire has not been cleared away. Unable to move around without running over items.

I love the fact it was online didn’t deal with customer service although it was hard leaving from the inside couldn’t get out had to walk to the code box ... but I got what i needed for a few months clean and the map was kinda difficult to find my spot but overall it was good and I’ll recommend

I went in to the store today, was immediately greeted by this lady (Michelle) who had a smile from ear to ear! She certainly knew how to make my day better just by her bubbly personality! She is such a sweetheart and I will definitely be using yall again! There are not many places around who have great people working for them, but this woman right here is a perfect 10 when it comes to customer service and knowing how to make you smile!!! ??????
