    Friendly staff

    I appreciate the fact that I was running a few minutes late and called ahead to the office, and the attendant was willing to wait for me to get there. Not every place will go that extra mile.

    Good safe storage and helpful staff

    I booked everything online, sight unseen, so I was a little nervous about the facility. Turns out to be a nice layout, secure, with helpful staff. Pricing is pretty high, but reasonable for the San Antonio area. In other words, storage costs are high in the area, but AAA Sentry is decently priced and a good relative value for the square footage.

    Not bad

    I was able to rent it the same day I requested it. I do not like that you have to be out by 9 pm or you'll get locked in. I work days and go to school nights, so with these hours weekends are the only time I can go. Also, my 5x10 unit is definitely Not 5x10.. luckily, I made everything fit anyway.
