    Beware the front desk hours

    Space is good and the weather protected unloading bays is the best thing about this location. However, they lock up the moving carts when the office is closed, even though the building can be accessed with your code. They make you check out a cart, but fail to inform you they’ll be locking up for lunch while you may still be unloading. I literally showed them my lock I was going to use when I returned with my U-Haul, and they told me I’d have to sign a document after moving in proving I used my lock and not theirs. The most difficult storage facility I’ve ever used, and I’ve stored things at units right off 35 before.

    I reserved my storage on line and it helped so much.

    I got a climate controlled storage and it was very clean. customer service was great easy to get in and out of.

    The ladies were extremely helpful

    The ladies were extremely helpful, polite and offered the beat deal available with no pressure or sales tactics. The place is very clean well lit and easy access. The only suggestion would to have more carts or returned to a designated spot for easy access. Other than that I am very pleased with the storage facility and the staff is amazing.
