Good looking facility. Very clean appearing and well laid out making parking my RV a very pleasing experience. The parking spaces are spaced far enough from the neighboring spaces to allow for easy backing in without having to make sharp cuts just to fit. Love the layout. Staff very helpful.

New Improved Staff

Thank GOD new employees the previous manager was a asshole. He was not cooperative, mean, rude and disrespectful.I have 4 storages and get paid once a month so I'm always late. That doesn't mean I want to be talked to ugly because this company refuses to change due date from the 1st

The better storage shop

The better storage shop I had originally gotten a place for my little truck at public storage in Mesquite but their dimensions didn't fit like they said it would so I had to get I had to go somewhere else the man on the left the foot app tell me about this place and I said OK. I got a good deal first first month Free and they were super nice it was super clean facility to the storage space my truck is awesome it's covered and it was so much better than public storage and public storage has lied and tried to say that they never told me that I had to pay for the whole month even though I gave them the keys back and never put anything in it so they charge me the whole month and said I couldn't get back ! Oh I'm disputing it right now with my bank but I would never ever use Public Storage again and I drive 20 miles here from West Plano to this place because I think it's so good !
