Our main office is located at: 308 N Industrial Waco, TX 76710 254 - Storage offers quality storage in a variety of sizes. Our fully fenced facility offers security and convenience. All of our units are drive up accessible and available daily during office hours. A 10 key deposit is required at the time of move-in and is refundable at the time of move-out (with key returned).

    A little overpriced but staff is great

    I've only really dealt with one guy but he's super friendly and was a great help when I had to change unit sizes. The only thing I don't like is its a little overpriced and the door on my unit is terrible. It doesn't want to roll up half the time and I've blistered my hands struggling to open it. Other than that it seems to be alright

    Just right

    This storage company was a pleasure to work with, the unit is just right, it was available the day I called, signed the lease and moved in right after. Went back to get a few things and felt the unit was safe. It's clean and I feel comfortable that my things will stay safe the entire time we will be using the unit. Yes, I will refer 254 102 as it is safe, clean, assessable, convenient and customer service is friendly and professional.

    Highly recommend

    254 storage 102 has the best customer service, they worked out our needs last minute, we needed a unit the day of my call into the office. My son being the one moving his things in for summer was very happy with the unit itself, the simplicity of the leasing process and the location. He was able to move his stuff in immediately and we were able to pay for the entire summer up front with no hassle or problems.everything was very convenient and simple. Highly recommend.

    Clean space, needs better security for the entrance to the storage

    Would prefer if shortage had a gated access and better lock security for each individual storage unit

    I only had one issue. My gate key didn't work so I called the # on my paperwork and he brought me a new key.
