    Much better than other experiences

    Price is better. Have not had a need for service so haven't even spoken to a human. Unit construction is better than alot of higher priced units.

    Unprofessional Staff

    There is a central booking telephone number used to set up your self-storage unit but when you call the storage facility to gain access to your self-storage unit no one answers the phone or returns your call. If you have limited days with a moving truck you will be in a jam for this company’s unprofessionalism. I am now back to looking for a storage unit and out of days with my moving truck. Please do not use this company.

    This storage has broken door and ant infestation

    This storage has ant and spider infestation and broken door. The manager charged us for the remainder of July and all of august upon move in day July 28,2016.. Why couldnt we pay for just the 4 days in July then come back n pay our rent when august comes??? . He didn't honor the quote price given to us on telephone. He charged 3.00 extra. Where is our military discount????? Manager said he didn't know.. We were quoted 62 a month but charged more, even though we showed military ID. The storage door is broken and a lot of ants/spiders. Crappy service.

    Hector was very friendly. Hector works in the front desk of tony lama storage.

    I MOVED IN AUG 28 2015. So far so good. One thing I liked is the 24 hour access to my storage. I live out of town and sometimes I'm running late. And that's a plus.

    The service I received from Hector was great he answered all of my questions and concerns and he called me a few days before to set up a convenient time to meet with me and sign the monthly contract. Great service! loved it!
