I didn't need a big storage space and I wanted something affordable. Fortunately, I was able to find it with Public Storage. The space was clean when I was ready to put my stuff in. Would use the storage again in the future if I ever need it

Worst storage experience ever!!!

I went yesterday to put some boxes in my storage unit, but the elevator was not working...had to carry all of my boxes one by one up three flights of stairs. I was extremely exhausted and upset after finishing. Also, every time I try to go inside the office to use a dolly, the door is always locked between business hours. If the facilitator is showing a customer a unit, they could at least put a sign on the door saying so. This is my worst storage experience ever.

The process was easy. The facilities are clean and the staff is exceptional. The hours of entry and exit are somewhat a inconvenience, however for safety reasons they make sense. So far a great experience.

Shawn made everything easy and effortless explaining as we went thru the process. Showed me the quickest entrance to get to my storage. He was always curtious and attentive to my questions. I can't ask for any more than that!

inadequate access to dollys to move...

inadequate access to dollys to move goods. kept in a distant office without even a convenient ramp to move them to area used. I did not know this would be so bad when I rented the unit. Security is weak; need more cameras
