Jordan has got her customer service skills down pat. So friendly, facts about the facility spot on, pricing - immediately offered discount for move in. Could not have been any easier. When I moved out, the gentleman on the phone (wish I would have gotten his name) was the same. It was late in the day and he was still very pleasant and made the whole thing easy peasy!!!! Can't thank them enough and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Worth It!

Nice quiet friendly, clean location. A little off the beaten path but not by much and in my opinion worth a few more dollars to spend after seeing other facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Jared went above and beyond to make sure that we were given the best information and we decided to rent a unit. The assistance with taking care of everything was great and took less than 10 minutes to complete. Very pleased with the facility and the service.

Climate controlled, good experience

I rented a storage unit from them about 2 months ago. As prices go, it's a good value, and a great location, less than 1/4 mile from where I work. It was a breeze to drop stuff into the unit daily. The temperature was never unpleasant and it was a pleasure to work with them.

Only been there a week but the people are very nice, the property is clean, and security seems to be pretty great! They also had the best rate and availability in my area.

Very Clean, Nice & Secure

I am currently in the process of moving out of a dorm into an apartment. The price was a very good price! Even though I am using them for only a few months to hold my things for the summer, it is still a lot better than most places. The manager is super nice & lives on the property if something was to happen.

It was very simple to get a storage unit here. The management worked very well with me when I needed a very last minute reservation. They showed me around and explained how to access everything. The unit and property are very clean and the security is nice.

Jason and Lynda are super-helpful and friendly. And since they live on-site, I feel like my stuff is extra safe. As far as cleanliness, the place is spotless. Prices are definitely reasonable. I am so happy I picked Advantage Storage, I feel so comfortable with my stuff there.
