    First time getting storage unit

    Diane was a joy to work with.

    Enjoyed the move in process. Had an issue with the computer not allowing the discount the add, and local paperwork indicated, but Diane was great at working with her managers to get it fixed. Really looked out for the client.

    Pricey, but so far, so good. We will see!

    I moved my camper from another CubeSmart location where they did not enforce size restrictions in parking spots and my camper got blocked in. This is a better facility with wider spaces so I am hoping there are no issues. The spot is even covered! It is extremely expensive, but I was glad to have found a spot in a pinch. Customer service was incredible! The representative was very helpful and made the leasing and move in process smooth! The location is also convenient. Easy to get in and out with a camper as well.
