Climate is RARELY Controlled

I've had units (1 to 2) at this location for more than 5 years and it seems like every year I have to tell them that the AC in my building isn't working. It seems to me that they should monitor the temperature and let tenants know if there is an issue and when it will be fixed. Climate controlled units aren't cheap and this is getting old.

Stormi was super helpful and great to work with. The reason that I'm not giving 5 stars all the way is because the first person that I talked to there was not helpful and would have had me unnecessarily overpaying. When I actually went to check in though, Stormi fixed it. If the first person that Is talked to had either listened to the questions that I asked or knew what they were talking about, it would have been much least stressful for me. I am thankful that Stormi was there for check in and to make everything right. The facility itself is very, very clean and inside the buildings are very well lit. I would definitely recommend.

I would recommend it to someone because the facility is nice. I would say there are others around here that are cheaper.
