    Need to work on customer service prior to being in-store

    When I made my reservation online, I became annoyed quickly because I was called repeatedly to confirm I was coming. Then I received an e-mail completely changing the price (increase of $30) and location of the storage unit. I called and it was resolved, however it truly felt like a quick way to scam someone not paying attention... I gave y'all 3 stars because the customer service I received in-store was excellent. I just really think you all need to make one phone call to a customer and not change things suddenly.

    I lost my keys i cant believe you guys...

    I lost my keys i cant believe you guys don't offer a spare key or even a locksmith at a decent rate.. I am going through a lot and to make matters worse yes I lost my keys and I had to get a locksmith plus buy another key from your company a total of 100.00 extra.. you need to service the customers better. or have a Master Key to assist others. your clerks don't offer any help. need to find better alternatives in order to be successful. Just my thoughts.
