Over the phone rental

Lori handled my reservation and in securing my unit. It was a Saturday and I wasn't able to get there in person to pay for unit to make sure I secured it. She was most helpful and efficient and I was able to secure the unit with no problem over the phone. Thank you

I've never needed a storage unit before.

I moved from Colorado to Texas, and needed to store my household goods for a short-time. I went on line to research storeage facilities and after doing some research and reading reviews, I opted for this facility. I reserved the unit online and once I got there, realized I would need a larger unit. The manager, Bill had another unit and I was able to move my stuff right in. Bill was awesome, very patient considering I had driven over 24 hours and had reserved the unit only a couple of hours prior! The paperwork was seamless and didn't take but a few minutes! The facility is very clean, and secure.

I was in a bind needing storage after hours

I just got out of my lease I'm in the middle of closing on a contract to get a house but that's being delayed so needing to get out of my residency I packed up everything got in the truck and drove too close to the area the house and did not have storage planned and the guy at Texas Bear Creek storage let me in almost it midnight opened up a unit for me and got all the paperwork done in just a few minutes. Now all my belongings are safe and sound. Thanks to the nice Australian guy.

safe place to put the r.v.

I feel the place is very safe, parking the r.v. a little tight, would prefer marked lines, where the r.v. are so the person next to you, does not get too close,
