I have used this place for years and currently added another unit and parking spot. Highly recommend this storage facility.

I would recommend them to others. I got a bigger unit for the same price others were offering a small one for. When I went in they were knowledgeable and very helpful. the staff was friendly and the facility was clean. I am glad I pick them to store my things.

Short term lease to handle college child transition from one apartment to the next. Storage place is easily accessible from I-35 in Buda, climate controlled first floor units, good security & price with helpful front office. Winner!!

Really nice people to work with. I didn't get off work until 5pm and they normally close at 5:30 but stayed there late to allow me to come in and fill out my paperwork.

Pricing was not very practical for a college student. There also needs to be updates technologically when doing paperwork.Very time consuming

Friendly and helpful service

My experience was very good. I had reserved a space online, but the nice lady at the counter was unable to locate that reservation. Nonetheless, getting set up with the paperwork was quick and painless. She was very nice and friendly but also very informative. I am quite happy to be a customer.

Friendly Service!

My family has stored here off and on since we moved here in '07. Comparing to other storage places in other states, I'm impressed with the fact that after all this time the same mother/daughter duo is still running this place. They are really friendly and helpful in fitting us with the right size of unit. They have always been available and willing to work with us even after regular business hours. This place is by far the BEST, the CLEANEST, and I feel, the safest place to store.

Don t go there the lady named Bea is real rude!! i went yesterday to get items out of my storage and she opened gate,today i go back,and she doesn t want to open gate!! she says i m late,and that my storage has had a lock on it for days,i told her no it hasn t,then she says well it has 1 now,i told her ill go check,then she says well it will have 1 today,1st of all she looked me straight in the eye and lied to me,2nd i never got an invoice or was stated that i was late, i get these over charges!! save you the headache,find somewhere else that is very professional,not a place that lets any body move in just to run the shop!!!
