Better and Better!

The manager was very helpful, answered all of my questions and then some. Seems to like the 'personal touch' in communication, rather than the more common approach today, with technology. I love computers, but some things are best said in the spoken word. It is immaculate here, compared to other storage that I have seen. I love the locks here, they seem safer than what I last used which was not safe, had my storage broken into several times! The thieves even changed my lock! I feel this Storage is much safer.

I downsized storage space and moved from another self-storage company to get a much better rate. William, the store manager, was very helpful and efficient. Moving stuff is never fun but the experience was as smooth as it could be.

The gentleman that helped me was very quick and efficient with getting me a storage unit that day. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feeling well and he made the process easy to understand, I appreciate him taking the time to help me understand a few things and I appreciated him getting me in and out quickly.

Cost effective, pretty third floor view, organized, bathroom needs help

The storage place is nice & the staff is welcoming & informative. The third floor bathroom is neglected & thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been times when Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been stuck with no toilet paper. & no napkins.

Bill was everything a manager/supervisor Should be. The facility is very clean and organized. I was in and out within 30 mins. I highly recommend this storage facility to those close by. Good priced storage units you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat.

Brand New, clean, hardly anyone there

This is one of the newer storage facilities in the Austin area and one of the few that are 24 hour access. Centrally located and close to all night eateries. Don't be fooled by the basement label on a lot of the units, the way the doors are and the fact the storage was Bill on a hill makes the basement actually the first floor
