Just moved in yesterday, but the guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and bright, and it was easy to get our stuff in. So far, so good!

Very clean and secure facility with good pricing. Only complaint I have is there is one okay sized elevator per building. This is a problem when there are multiple Moving trucks there at once.

The location is good, yet the parking and driveway are a little cramped. They squeezed a storage unit in between apartments and something else, so it can be difficult for large trucks. We arrived and the sign said they were open but nobody was in the office. After waiting for about 15 minutes, someone walked up. They had been offsite helping another client, but it would have been helpful to have a sign noting that and a number to call. I was paying my movers by the hour and had to wait for someone to show up, then wait while they finished with the client. Otherwise, everyone is nice. The units are clean and well kept.
