Dirty and units are hard to access

The facility is pretty dirty. And Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not someone that typically cares about that kind of thing. Also, there are some hidden fees upon finishing registration. For example, you have to buy a protection plan for your things which is at the cheapest, $20 extra/month. Also, there are only 2 flat beds available to use at move in. Making moving your things a pain if there are other people using or waiting to use the carts.

Very clean facility

Had an overall positive experience with the staff and good storage unit. I did feel a little misled that I had to buy insurance on top of the unit and wasn't told until I came in to check the unit out. Overall though, still had a good deal

Friendly staff, easy move in, free cart and truck usage

I have never used a storage unit before but everything went smoothly and was very straight forward. They let us use carts to get everything up into the elevator. Staff was very friendly.

It was amazing, I really enjoyed the ease it took to move in and the workers were accommodating and friendly.

Effortless

Move in was easy and effortless. I reserved my spot at 5:30pm and was able to move in at 7am the next day. The staff has been greet and very helpful
