One of the best storage facilities in the city

Was an easy process to get the unit and sign documents. The customer service is exceptional and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know needing storage on that side of the city.

Great experience

Working with Bergstrom Storage was a delight. Sherry was very accommodating and made the move in super smooth for us. My only gripe is the lack of exit signage on the property. When you have a long trailer behind you, you want clear signage about where to go!

Brand-new storage facility!

Brand-new and extremely clean storage facility with lots of space! Also the manager is very nice and helpful! The location is easy to get to off the highway and close to Montopolis/downtown!

Highly recommended for anyone needing storage in/around Austin.

Sherry made the process quick and painless. She answered all of my questions promptly, and helped me get the best deal possible (an entire free month!). The facilities themselves are super clean and new, and there are plenty of carts available to move your belongings. There are three security patrols at night, as well as police officer patrols (not sure how many, but she said every night as well). I thought the going rate for a place like this would be much more steep, but I found a great deal since I was willing to store my stuff on the third floor (there is an elevator, so it's really not an issue at all to me). There are three places to put in your access code: the gate to drive into, the door to the entrance, and the elevator to gain access to other floors. The only negative thing I considered, was that the type of locks used seemed like they could be broken more easily than others - but then again, they are cylinder locks and are placed inside the doors in such a way that makes them really hard to access. It would take a really strong person with a pry-bar to get into the units.

Very happy so far. Just moved extra furniture in that we don't need right now but may want to use later on. Good customer service from Sherry. Very clean and new building, and feels very secure.
