I have been a customer of another self storage facility in Arlington, TX for 15 years. Their rental rate has gotten so expensive until it was no longer worth the cost. I called your location in Arlington and spoke to the property Manager. She was very helpful, showed me the storage unit, got me signed up with no hassle. Very satisfied.

Seems like they don't know how to answer their phones at this facility. I have called multiple times and they still have not called me back. Do not give in to purchasing extra boxes from their facility either. Too expensive.

Good storage facility

Good service and good location but the web site is terrible and needs to offer an option to pay ONLINE without logging in. Yes, I'm aware that you have 5 ways to pay... but I want to pay online because I don't have the luxury of stopping into another store and I travel so it's difficult to get there during normal business hours or call your toll free number to pay. Have tried to reset password about 10 times without success and no, it's not being caught up in my spam filter.
