    Cannot see contract & don’t know what I signed.

    It’s hard to do things without a live person. Not everyone can do things online. You are asking me to agree with terms and conditions but I don’t have a paper contract that I can read. On my phone I can’t read the contract. Please send me a paper copy of what I signed for my records.

    It all worked out in the end.

    Let me first say the ladies on the phone were great! They were there and walked me through some confusing dilemmas from being lost to losing my gate code. All my fault. My rating is a 4.5 because my space number didn't exist and had to be moved, and the paperwork was so tiny I had a hard time locating the send button after filling out the paperwork a couple times, by the way its in the upper right corner and so tiny your finger won't work.
