Welcome to our Franklin facility. We are located on Downs Blvd off West Main Street, and just east of Limestone Church. At this all-indoor facility, we have coded access to the building, large elevators for moving lots of boxes or furniture, wide hallways, great lighting, and 24/7 camera surveillance everywhere. Every unit has climate control to keep our belongings in the best condition possible, and our units have roll-up doors with plenty of entrance space. No matter the unit size you need, we have you covered, as our units range from 5x5 to 10x30.

    Overall it was a good experience.

    The lady was helpful and courteous. We got a good price for the unit on the web. The unit was clean.

    Needed a small storage space for items minus furniture..

    Employee was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Area of improvement: To help renters find their storage unit quicker, I suggest some wall signs indicating which direction to go to find the unit (e.g., 100 - 145 arrow pointing to the direction). This would save the renter valuable time going back and forth.
