    I would recommend this facility to friends, family and all my coworkers.

    This was the cleanest and well kept storage facility that we have seen. Even the restrooms were spotless. The management worked with us 100% on our entering and leaving the facility. I highly recommend this facility as number 1 in Johnson City Tennessee.

    No not unless they want a mouse house to store stuff

    It was a pretty nice place up until my entire unit was infested with mice! And now everything smells like mouse pods! And to top things my code only works half the time I need it to!

    Price could be lower on the 5×10's but over all excellent service! Everyone i had to talk to due to the area having internet issues each was extremely kind and very helpful as well as speedy with their response time!

    Painless online reservation and enrollment process!

    I have rented many storage units over the years and this has by far been the best experience. Everything was done online late in the evening and I was able to start moving things in instantly. The unit was immaculate!

    Plain and simple......great place: clean, convenient location, and most important, Lance is a very nice person, he's always friendly, helpful if I have questions, etc..... that's important to me. Another thing...... he ALWAYS calls me by name..... that impressed me very much.
