Outstanding service from "Guy" at your Cordova, TN branch! Courteous, witty, thorough in explanations, and super accommodating! He really made the experience pleasant, and I would highly recommend renting from this location. The climate control storage area was impressive and will certainly serve our short term needs. Without hesitation, we would rent again from Guy! We do wish there had been specials available on the size unit we needed. In the end, we rented a larger unit than needed to get the offered online special.

Incredible experience! Very clean space, lots of room, safe atmosphere! Carts at the ready for assistance with boxes, furniture, etc. Spacious elevator fits everything! The price is right!! I was expecting a higher price but at the time of purchase it wound up being cheaper than expected, and it was initially cheaper than everywhere else around!!! Most impressive is the service provided at this location! Very sweet woman running the front desk! Jerrica took care of every worry and concern I had! She heard everything I had to say and she reassured me, She was attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions! This place interested me for its price and because it's indoors, but Jerrica is the main reason we sealed the deal! She made me feel very secure in the decision to choose Public Storage! Excellent worker, deserves a raise!!!

So incredibly easy. All I had to do was go pick my size for the storage room and move my stuff in. Everything since that has been automatic.

Public Storage is a safe and clean storage faciltiy

Public Storage - this location has a friendly staff, adequate inventory of moving needs and clean storage facility. Sometimes there are not enough carts available. I have noticed this is due to some being left on one of the floors or people using two or three of the available carts, The building's climate control is very good and the lighting works as needed.
