It was a very easy experience, I feel that this facility will be much safer than my previous ones with other companies.

Lynn was more than just helpful. I cannot thank her enough. As I waited in line with a customer before me the customer started cursing her out and the facility and she maintained professionalism beyond what a workplace code of ethics would require. She is an amazing employee.

Was as presented online. Went w outside unit even though I wanted a climate controlled one. The difference wasn't worth the money to me. Amanda was great and very helpful and patient while I deliberated.

Excellent self storage unit. Was very easy to set up, the customer service is great. Facility is clean, safe, they do security walks daily. Overall, easy place to work with and will recommend to others.

Easy and helpful

Even though there was a temporary computer problem, the staff person was NOT going to let that interfere with me getting access to my storage space and beginning to load in my stuff; he went out of his way to be considerate of MY needs.
