My check in was during a bad time I guess, it had snowed 2 days before. No one was at the facility to check me in and online check in was no available. I had to go to another facility 20 minutes away to get checked in and get access to my unit. Nikki at the other facility really took care of me and she was so friendly I didn't regret the long drive over. I absolutely love the location of my unit. It's located outside the gate so it's so easy to access!!

Mary was great to work with from start to finish. I expected it to be a challenge during the COVID-19 lockdown, however, it was seamless. Mary made it super easy and she was extremely helpful throughout the process. The grounds, unit and facility was very clean. They are using the COVID-19 protocols to keep themselves and other safe. Thank you!

I got not so nice shock today when went to my lock found the lock was changed because they changed the door or something i had get new keys from the office, I no heads on it but other than that so far i like it

My experience with Public Storage thus far has bern Great! Ms. Linda was very professional and knowledgeable, which made the online reservation process simple. Ms. Lilly on location when I came to sign my paperwork and see the unit was welcoming, professional and efficient. During my visit, she managed several customers, which she knew by name. Thanks Ms. Linda and Ms. Lilly for making my first-time experience with Public Storage pleasurable.
