Perfect facility with a patient person to rent from.

So easy to find and move in. Person In charge was so perfect to work with. My possessions were important to me but I had no where to put them. So happy I was able to find something clean, within my budget, and located near my home.

The place was immaculate when we walked in. We were very impressed with the service. The man offered us water which was great seeing how we had been moving all day. It was very reassuring, the man opened the new lock right in front of us. Highly recommend.

Ended up needing a larger unit and they did everything they could to accommodate me.

Owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Unit smelled a little from the previous owner storing lawn equipment. Owner made us aware of this. But nothing that couldn't be remedied.

Somewhat satisfied.

The facility has been working great. Although I haven't received any mention of my Amazon discount of $20 and using my AAA I was told I was to receive the first months rent. You don't, you receive the rest of the month's rent depending on when you rent the facility. If it's the 1st you get the whole month, but if you rent on the 30th you don't get much of anything. A bit of foggy advertising if you ask me.

I needed a unit in one day, made a reservation, and had a place to put my belongings all within 3 hours!

I had wonderful service. I was contacted back within 30 minutes by management about my reservation, and he made sure he was in the office for me to sign my paper work. The paperwork was quick and he explained everything very simply. I was excited to find such a great company so willing to make it possible for me to get a storage unit on a holiday! Many other units I had contacted were closed that day which made it difficult and I stressed getting my belongings into a unit before finding this company. I would definitely recommend the storage facility!!
