Mostly convenient

The directions I received were confusing. That not withstanding, the process was extremely convenient. If you reserve a unit here, they’ll ultimately send you a link with a map and your unit number, you provide your own lock.

There was an issue with a storage unit already being in use

I had an issue with the storage unit I had rented having a lock on it when i tried to move in. I called customer service and they were amazing, they switched units for me to one that wasn’t occupied.
