This facility was impressive from the start. With the modern technology- the agent appeared on the screen on the wall whenever you walk in, to the nice storage facility itself. This is a great place that feels safe and convenient and available whenever I need it to be.

Unstable pricing after you are in the unit

June rent 178.50 July rent. 187.70 August rent 207.50 I called and asked for explanation and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get a straight answer. Was told rent would be set back to 178.50 and wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t. No notice given about increase in August. Takes 60 days to cancel your lease agreement So I hope they enjoy the $415 total over the two months. I wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be back and will surely express my frustration

Having recently moved to the area from CT I needed a place to store my belongings before buying a house. Paperwork is minimal, grounds are clean, access hours are convenient, and prices are competitive. And Trey is great to work with!!!!

Customer service rep was fantastic (amanda?). Helpful, courteous, friendly, knowledgable. Signing up a breeze, outside units are ok. Ceiling looks like cardboard screwed on, unit a little dirty, could have used a sweep out before I got there, webs all over. 4/5 *. Next time I'll spend a little more and get an inside unit, climate control
