    Great experience with this facility. Friendly, helpful and informative Customer Service. Helped me get a larger unit after explaining contents of my items at no additional charge. Facility was very clean and well managed.

    Pricing needs better upfront explanation.

    Your in line process works very well. However, I was surprised to find out the monthly charge is only for three months, and then nearly doubles when I visited the facility to sign the paperwork.
