    The customer service was interesting but the unit was good.

    I like the unit, seems a bit small but it will do. I love the dollies for use and the elevator itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s so helpful.

    Customer Service Extraordinary!!

    One month's rent free is a plus for someone with a financial hardship. Extremely easy to book online & the gentleman at the facility was so Extremely helpful & accommodating. Would recommend everyone to your facility!!

    Great staff! Organized lease process (after online reservation/payment).

    Overall great experience. The getting in and out of the area is kind of a hassle. You can't really pull up safely, close enough to the keypad to reach out to punch in the code!! :-(

    SELLING HOUSE, NEW HOUSE NOT READY, USING FOR SHORT TERM (1/2 - 3 MONTHS)

    HELPFUL EMPLOYEES, BOTH OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. CLEAN UNIT AND GROUNDS OF FACILITY. EASY IN AND OUT AS GATE PADS NOT WORN OUT.

    Bad first impression but went smoothly after we got into our unit

    Upon arrival, i went to office to do paperwork for my pre reserved storage unit....which had also been confirmed then day prior by a worker who called me....i walk in and told the man i had a unit reserved and he said it was only his second day and he didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have access or know how to log into the computer. He made some calls and eventually took me up to an available unit he guessed was the one i reserved. We began moving items in and About an hour later someone else showed up and was able to complete my paperwork.
