I would suggest leaving instructions on how to secure the units with the locks, for someone whoﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s never used a storage unit it was not an easy process trying to secure the unit.

Fast, easy, affordable, and CLEAN facility

Renting the storage unit was easy and went smoothly. I did it all online. The facility was easy to find and very clean. The area that the storage facility is nice and appears to be safe as well. You are assigned a code to get in and out of the facility and your storage unit requires a cylinder key, not as common as other storage facilities, I feel like it makes it much more difficult to break in. I am pleased with my experience here thus far.

Brian was very professional and friendly on my phone call to set this up. He went out of his way to explain the process and set expectations. He help my family and I with our questions even many which were not directly related to our storage needs but more inline with the communities around us. He made me feel very welcome. Adam was thorough and patient when I checked into the unit. He even walked down to help me with opening it up and double checked the physical condition. What more could you ask for :-)

Easy move in, friendly staff

All paperwork is done electronically so no risk of covid spread. The woman who helped sign me up walked me through the whole thing then showed us to our unit. The facility looks new and clean.

The place is clean and conveniently located.

We were able to get the storage room set up over the phone in a few minutes and the process was very easy. We arrived to find an exceptionally clean facility. It is the best I have ever seen.
