Bobbi was very helpful and friendly. Only reason I haven't given a 5 star is that the reservation invoice that I received quoted 'Total move in cost of $25 and I ended up paying $90!' They omitted to mention you needed to buy a lock for $20, everyone needs one of these so why don't they tell you on the reservation details. Because I signed up mid month and they bill from the 1st of the month had to pay the next months rental as well. Climate control is what they say but then was today to buy a humidity product to soak up the moisture so where'e the climate control?! Hope it all works out ok as I am still concerned the unit is actually 5x7 seems a lot smaller than my last one. Will measure it as now a bit concerned .

So I happened to pick the worst time of the year to find storage... all facilities were full and had no idea when there would be a vacancy. I called public storage and was able to get 2 units right away. When I got to the location Tova was there at the desk ready to assist!! What a great person. She was considerate and patient. She also helped me get the units I needed including a 3rd one. Go to public storage in Lexington for your needs and ask for Tova!!

We had 3 climate controlled units for many years until we moved away. Always great service and well maintained. Tova is an excellent manager.
