    Extra fees could have been more transparent

    Would have liked to have known upfront that insurance was REQUIRED and at additional cost. Wasnt a big add, but would have preferred it was more transparent.

    Jenna is a really nice lady. She helped me a lot with choosing the right storage and all other things. The area is also clean, but a little bit more expensive compared to other Public Storage locations.

    Very Happy with Public Storage

    Very happy with Public Storage. Tiara was so helpful and so nice. We had one unit from May and we needed another unit in June. We sent two good reviews of Tiara and she never received them. So I hope she receives something for her helpfulness.
