Hard to find.

Cancelled my reservation as I was trying to pay for it. Drove 6 hours it was a frustrating ordeal. No person on site. Someone drove up took pictures of me trying to pay at kiosk, pictures of my wife,and pictures of our travel trailer. Never offered to help us.

The location is well off the interstate but very accessible. The unit was not swept but not extremely dirty.

I was a bit surprised there was no office at the site to assist if someone needed help with something. You are pretty much there by yourself. Fortunately I was able to speak with customer service and they were a great help.

This was a simple process from setting a resveration to finalizing the transaction. Entry into the facility was smooth and space was ready for me to use. Great job overall. Thank you for making it easy.

Quick Easy Rental

The unit is clean and in a convenient location. Easy online rental. Storage place was initially hard to find and Waze and Google maps were wrong on location. It's actually behind Car City next to another storage facility. The sign is small and not seen easily on the main road.

Great location and service.

Secure, great location for storage units and parking spaces at a reasonable price. I rent an RV parking lot, only issue is the space is narrow and can make opening door fully on my rig difficult. Customer service by office and attendant who does park services has been wonderful.

Always increasing rates/terrible customer service

I have had a storage unit here for several years. My rent has gone up so many times. I have had two increases within a one year time frame. I am paying more for my unit than what units the same size are currently going for. I have tried several times to speak to someone about my rent amount, no luck, can't get anyone to have a conversation. I am told there is no one who can help. If I didn't have so much stuff in my unit I would take everything out. Also, bugs, a big problem since SpareBox took over. We have had to bomb our unit so many times!

Someone punched a hole in the side of my travel trailer.

Wish there was more security. My travel trailer was damaged and could not get any help from the service phone number.

Very clean and secure facility

I just moved in on 12/31/22 and I'm pleased so far with everything. Easy access and plenty of room for trucks to get through.

Quick Self Service

Very convenient. Easily accessible. Everything was done quickly once I arrived. The kiosks are great. The only issue was the map. The GPS doesn't go directly to facility. It takes you to another road on the opposite side with no access.
