    $24 move in turned to $61 $20 lock I don't want

    I was under the impression that I was only paying $24 for the first month I end up paying $61 so I wasn't very happy about that. My family was already working on a very tight budget not extra money cut into funds we need it for other things

    Easy check in online. Able to go straight to storage room, no hassle.

    Checked in online. Texted a gate code, keys in locker with paperwork. Was able to go right in, move stuff into locker, and everything went well.

    I rented a unit and then I didn't need...

    I rented a unit and then I didn't need it but was not allowed a refund never used the storage unit. Ms Hazel was very rude and I will not reccomend anyone to public storage.

    Public Storage overall is an excellent...

    Public Storage overall is an excellent storage facility. However, I don't think that it should be mandatory that we buy there are locks. I think we should be allowed to buy our own personal locks.
