    Units could be cleaner and were possibly susceptible to water damage. Didn’t know about the mandatory insurance until move in day.

    Helpful manager but smaller than described space and weak night lighting

    Super helpful manager but the space does not actually measure 5 x 5' (smaller than that) and lighting is weak so I wouldn't feel very safe going alone at night.

    I came on a day when the storage unit was out of power and their customer service was still fantastic. They walked me through every aspect of renting a storage unit since it was my first time and made sure the unit was ready to go for me.
