The storage price is great but would be nice if someone was there to deal with in person. Also storage unit wasn't too clean as there is dirt and stuff inside the unit. When offered the unit online would be nice if that was the set price not that after I pay have to pay for extras such as key and insurance. I asked the lady about the key before I paid for everything amd she mention it was included only for later for me to be charged separately.

Great place

The place is clean and people i talked to are very nice it is a no manned place so no people to talk face to face too but can talk to them on the phone went wit a bigger unit then what we wanted but well worth it.

Rip-off company

We are in the process of moving out now. This company is a complete rip-off!! They increase your rate TWICE a year! They just increased it again from 148.?? to 161.?? Take some time, look around. There is never anyone in the office, which we were told from the beginning there would be someone in the office during the day & Saturday’s. This place is a rip-off. Drive an extra few miles for better service. You will thank me. Ohhh, once you do get the manager he’s very rude!!

Decent price

Make sure to take a lock with you when you rent a unit, otherwise you have to purchase one there and the prices are a little high for a lock. Overall, the coat for the unit is decent.

Very Helpful and Friendly Staff

I am very pleased with the Friendly and Helpful Service. They are the most affordable in the Area. Also, very nice and clean storage units that I have seen.
