    My experience was awesome. Fast, friendly, informative and reasonable.

    I needed a drive accessible because of bad knees. This is perfect, moving out by October 31st and no wa here to go as of yet things are pretty under pressure but looked on line filled out application the phone rang and asked if I want to see it first. Within 15 minutes looked at it had the lock ready, explained getting in gate and about phone app. Awesome experience

    Great Customer Service and Very Clean!

    Larry was very helpful, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made reserving and moving in a breeze, and even emailed me with step-by-step directions to get in the gate, and navigate to my bldg and unit inside, when he sent me the gate code! The property, bldg, and unit are very clean, even smelled clean, and met my high standards. Yes, I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage in Chadds Ford.
