    Very Satisfied

    The online process was easy. Once I visited the location Ellie greeted me respectfully and answered all my questions accurately. She also took the time to show me around to see the different unit sizes so I would rent the exact size I needed. The paperwork didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take long to complete. I definitely recommend this location!

    Unit was a little far

    Was pleased with the facility. Price is a little high. I think we could have been given a unit a little closer to the entrance. Took over 2 hours to unload and store the contents.

    Very good customer service, although pricing was a bit high for me.

    This was my first time ever renting a storage unit. When I first inquired over the phone, I was immediately helped and told all about the renting options, which was very helpful. Upon arriving to pay for the unit as well as see it, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the facility. Pricing seemed a bit high overall personally though. $170 per month for a small unit is ridiculous.
