The customer service at this facility was excellent, thorough, attentive.

A very efficient process, with courteous and knowledgeable staff. The staff member even suggested I go to the storage unit and take a look before completing the sign in process to ensure the unit was satisfactory for my needs. The staff member was very thorough and walked me through all the processes in a clear and professional manner. I am completely comfortable that Public Storage in Montgomeryville will fulfill their responsibilities throughout the timeframe I will be working with them.

Fantastic storage option

The customer service rep (John?) that I spoke with confirmed I could complete the reservation online meaning no need to meet directly (hello covid Karens). A text was sent almost as soon as I completed the reservation with my space number and gate code. Super convenient entry/easy to find spaces. We had a bit of difficulty figuring out how to open the gate initially but we’ll chalk that up to a blonde moment. Overall I’m very pleased with the price and ease of access!

The locate is pretty close to my place and the Store manager was very kind even my English wasn't good enough. She explain slowly to perfectly understood. Also the unit I rented is huge and clean. I highly recommend to my friends.

Public Storage has everything that a person needs in a well kept and convenient facility. The ads are well done and accurate and the staff seem to be very well trained, friendly and helpful. I interacted with Meghan and Jennifer and found them to be very helpful.
