Miss Dee has been there every step of the way! Ready and available to answer any and all questions I may have!! I will definitely recommend this storage facility to everyone.

It does the job!

For the purpose of storage, the facility works. It is a much older building, and has no climate control. But for the price, and the fact my stuff doesn't need to be in a cool environment, it works fine. The staff very friendly and helpful. The place has security and cameras all over but, I would still recommend getting insurance!

Employee was great and tended to everyone's needs. I do wish the hours were more flexible but over great experience. I was signed up fairly quick and was immediately able to unload my things.

It was easy and fast to set up an account with Mr. Storage. I was shown empty storage rooms so I could get the perfect size I needed. Plenty of equipment to make the move easier and faster. Great facility and great prices.

Closed Sundays; closed at 2 on Saturdays; closed by 6 weekdays - l

The price is okay - I was looking for a large space and they had it - but the elevator is difficult to operate - and generally you have to take the stairs to get to your stall; they don't open until 10:00AM and Close by 6:00PM - which makes it hard for a person who is working to get access to their belongings. They close at 2:00 PM on Satudays, which further makes it difficult if you're trying to move on Saturday and you have a large amount of storage; they are not open at all on Sundays - further making it difficult for working people to have access. The elevator is dangerous and should be replaced with something more modern and automatic. I would only recommend it to a friend because of the pricing - but advise them to check and see if there were others with more conducive services. Dee, the manager, is a delightful person - enjoyed working with her. Once again:UPGRADE, MODERNIZE AND UPDATE THE ELEVATOR AND CHANGE THE HOURS SO THEY ARE MORE CONDUCIVE TO WORKING PEOPLE.

Although there appears to be limited use of this particular facility by other customers at the time of my requested rental, the space provided to me was quite a walk from the point of entry for my actual storage-which was also located upstairs. Moreover, I would prefer a more direct approach when it comes to pricing. I was quoted a set rate over the phone, yet upon arrival told that I had also received 'a first month free'. Miraculously, these two prices were the same.....

Great Service

Ms. Dee, the women who signed me up was great! In addition, having the ability to have access to a truck included in the deal is priceless. The driver was great and was time and professional.

Not too bad. Customer service was top notch. My only complaint is that it was not climate controlled.

Great Customer Service

I needed a second storage unit quick. I spoke with Dee. She was very patient with me. I must have changed my mind at least 3 times due to scheduling of movers. Everytime in a 3 hour period, she was very good. The only reason they don't have a 5 because, through no fault of their own, for the price, there is no earlier access to the facility other than when they open and close. Otherwise, for customer service, I would give Dee a perfect TEN!
