Stacy at the front desk was amazing! She helped me with making sure I rented the right size storage space. Also she was so very kind and professional. The place is very clean and easy to get your stuff into the storage unit.

The rep in the office has always been kind to us! She is always a joy to talk to. The facility smells good/clean. The unit is bigger than I thought it would be and holds a lot more than I thought it would! Climate control is amazing also! Thank you for awesome service!

Mckees Rocks

Very feasible but there's not enough parking for tenants.

A very clean, and professional facility

Store Express here in the Rocks is a very well maintained, and professional facility. Their customer service for me has been outstanding, and I have no problem keeping my belongings here, despite the fact that I don't live in the area anymore.

Pricey

Hours should be extended to at least 12 or 1am or even 24 hours to bring your car back. 10 o'clock is way to early. I'm always rushing to get it back a lot. And that is part of the reason I don't recommend it to anyone. Because I did a couple of times and they said closing at 10 o'clock is way to early.

the facility is very clean, staff are nice and professional, the hours to access unit during none business hours is nice. My things will remain there until I take them into my new home.

Reasonable, convenient, courteous, and clean service

This was my second year to store my motorcycles here throughout the winter season, and, once again, I greatly appreciated knowing that they were totally safe and secure. I really like the fact that I can come and take them for a ride anytime at my convenience. And itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s extra nice always getting the courteous and friendly reception every time I come into the office. I would definitely recommend STOREexpress McKees Rocks to anyone who wants peace of mind concerning their personal belongings.

I had a wonderful experience , And greated professionally by a female agent, I can't remember her name but she went above and beyond to make my experience very pleasant.

Great staff and space!

We are very happy with our choice to use StorExpress. We run a non-profit theater company, and having a space where we can drive in to load up items as well as enough room to keep things organized is super helpful. I do wish the cost was a bit lower as it can be a struggle some months when we are not as busy in our season. I also wish that neighboring renters would be a bit more respectful about smoking in our shared unit space as it tends to spread into our unit, where we do keep costumes and other items that the odor can cling to. But, the management is always quick to respond to us and so helpful to our concerns!
