Easy move-in, fantastic deals!

I received a really straightforward text message and email giving all instructions for a no-contact move in. You can easily manage your account through the app including access codes to gates and doors. My unit was less than half the price of competitors and on the ground so no climbing stairs. Car can easily be parked on perimeter of building leaving plenty of space for passing cars. There is an option for indoor units for added security and weather proofing. Company is great with automated email responses so you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need to contact anyone directly.

Easy and safe

The reservation and check in processes were simple. All by cell phone text instructions. Safe and easy! The unit is secure and perfect.

Very friendly, clean, convenient, very good price. I would recommend this site overall to my friends, and I have rented from several different locations. Overall Public storage is the one I always use, other sites are great but I just like this location better.

Super easy with friendly staff

It was so easy and quick, we had a storage unit in less than 24 hours after deciding we needed one. The property manager was one of the nicest people I've met in Portland! She helped us to have everything we needed and there were no surprises. I recommend them over other places that just were not as helpful.

Called at 10am got customer service who said they would forward my info to the public storage i requested. And then they would call me and get me and get it all arranged for me. I received the call back within 5 mins, found out the had one of their $1 first month units available ( big shock ) Next month would be prorated i was amazed i got to the storage site and Tracy made the whole process a piece of cake there were no surprises, no problems, no excuses, the customer services went above and beyond, which is very rare these days Any way i would definitely recommend this public storage to everyone , for something i didn't want to do, Tracy made it a enjoyable experience !!!

They helped take the stress out of my move!

Easy to check availability online, didn't find a unit open where I wanted and was able to reach the call center easily. That person was helpful, set me up with the unit I was going to rent, sent me a text w/ the info and then the manager at that site contacted me to confirm the details and my arrival. I had another question later and the site manager was very responsive. Quick. Easy. Just what you need when you are in the middle of a stressful move :)

Great staff, clean storage

A family emergency raised a sudden, unplanned need to get my daughter's belongings into storage. The Public Storage employees helped us obtain the right sized storage unit, were sensitive to our needs, and helped us find a last minute professional moving company. The peace of mind and safe place to store objects made a difficult day manageable. Thank you for professional, knowledgeable, kind help.

It's a storage unit

Shopped around and ended up here even though they don't offer extended hours because it was on a discount special. Even then, the rates are high, and each facility has its own prices. It seems outrageous to be charged $25 admin fee. I also thought it was a rip-off to have to spend $20 on "part of" a lock that I'll never use again. Perhaps a buy back program? I was surprised there are no dollies, carts, etc. And the door to inside units has no means of locking open so had to prop it open with whatever I had in the car (quite heavy, crushed my flashlight). No light in unit only hall. And brought air freshener because it smells bad. Was treated nice by employee though.

Great facility and customer service

Loved the customer service. This was my first time needing a storage unit and did not know what I needed. Avi was professional and offered me exactly what I needed even when I did not know what I needed. The unit was clean and the security system was first-rate. Thanks for such a pleasant experience.
