Hard to find someone in the office during office hours

Mixed review - The manager, Fred, is very helpful and calls back when you leave a message - however it's frustrating to have to call every time there is an issue, because nobody is in the office during office hours. The elevators are awful - the app almost never works and my stuff got stuck in an elevator for almost 30 minutes. I like the drive-in bay & the natural lighting. It seems clean.

Easy Experience

Staff at the storage facility was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean. Price was decent in comparison to going rates at other storage facilities at this time. Reserving online was easy using Spare Foot in comparison to using the companies website (Public Storage).

The rental process was very easy. The facility is clean, good security and Fred at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I saved a lot of money renting there too.

Easy peasy

The whole process was quick and easy. Fred and staff were great at communicating prior to and during the move in. This location is great and super convenient right off the highway. Will continue to use them and would recommend them.
