Horrible filth.

The trash was piled up so deep in front of the unit I could not open door. I cannot get thru to them to ask what to do with their trash? HELP!!!!!

The process was quick and easy. Took about 5 minutes over the phone to set everything up. I was able to get into my storage unit that same day.

Cannot get them to stop billing me!

I did a short-term rental to avoid towing my RV all the way home since we were returning to the area in a couple of weeks. Paid for my month in advance, dropped the RV off at Garrett's on Oct 11, gave appropriate notice of contract termination, picked the RV up on Oct 30, and immediately called to notify we had vacated the site. I cannot get them to stop billing me. Multiple employees have confirmed I have done everything I need to do. However the owner has to do something (I can't imagine what) and until he does his job the bills keep rolling along. The employees have been great. The owner is worthless. What seemed like a good idea to save some gas money turned into a pain in the neck. I do not recommend Garrett's Mini Storage.

Busy Saturday moving

Worked with me well on a Saturday to get into my storage unit.

Lowest rates in the area by far, easy to move in

I looked at a couple facilities in the area and this one had the best price for the unit size I needed. I was able to order my unit right away over the phone, and moved in the same day.

They did everything easily over the phone.

It is mostly enclosed storage but there is room for campers, etc.

Clean but no one onsite for issues

Need someone onsite for issues after hours.
