    It's a better facility than when it was docs

    Ive needed help getting into my unit n the fella who was on duty had no problem helping me out. N the young lady on the phone was an awesome helping getting passed the gate. She stayed on the phone til she got me inside.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPENDS

    So I get there and the place is closed. I find a kiosk so I think i'll be able to just enter my info and get to my storage unit. The kiosk doesn't find my reservation. I call a number and the guy who answered said the place closed at 6:00pm. It was 5:50pm. Regardless, I told him I had a reservation and the kiosk didn't work. He said he would give my phone number to the manager and have them call me back. I waited about 5-10 minutes and no one reached out to me. So, I call back and I'm ready to just find another storage place altogether. The lady who answered this time was SOOOOO HELPFUL! She was able to take my debit card info and get me into a storage unit within minutes. She got the code set up and was awesome. Sure wish the first guy I spoke with would have been able to do this, it would have saved a lot of frustration. In the end, I got moved in and the storage unit was clean and easy to get to.

    Customer Service rocks the house

    The price is a fabrication. They do not include the fact that you HAVE to buy insurance. They do not explain how to properly input ur code. You need to call them to find it out. Let me tell you about customer service. They rock! This one wonderful young lady named Madison who btw deserves a raise n an employee of the month award. No matter how many times the code she reset didn't work she never once got aggravated or upset or spoke rudely to me. She is the true epitomy of what a customer service rep should b. Thank you Madison! Ur a doll!
