    I don't know if I would get or not

    I first called & waited and hr to talk to someone then can't get in the gate for a minute. Get to my unit & I have no lock when I was told I'd have one. I like Red River but its not starting out good for the price I am paying. Hope this gets better the next time I go.

    On HOLD for 22 minutes, 30 minutes. 51 times today trying to get into unit

    My account is current. Red river newly purchased storage business. NO ON SITE ASSISTANCE. Called and have been on hold 3 different times. First call wait just to get gate access code. Second call, 30 minutes on hold. Informed them of second lock on unit needs removed. They do not listen told them it was a keyed lock and not combination 6 different times. finally a work order was created to remove the lock, placed back on hold then after 15 minutes just hung-up on. NO communication of time frame. Called right back on hold this time for 55 Minutes. Customer service and business practices stink.
