Things you need to rent (you may email these ahead): 1. Valid photo I.D. 2. If you have home owners or renters insurance, we need the insurance company name, your agent's name & phone #, and your policy #. All rent is based on calendar months. Initial move-in total is partial month + first full month + one-time 20.00 admin fee + insurance (unless you have home owners or renter's insurance). Example: You want to move in on June 2nd June 2nd to June 30th (partial month) + Month of July (first full month) + 20.00 admin fee (one-time only) + partial month and full month insurance Your next rent payment would be due on August 1st
