Great customer service

The office manager was nice and did a good job following protocol during COVID-19. She called the day before my appointment with reminders on what to bring based on what was being stored. The units are very nice, well kept and clean.

Unit was very clean

Unit was super clean when we moved stuff in. The only down side is you have to pay for a lock that you get to keep that you will never be able to use anywhere else.

Melanie was awesome

Melanie was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Facilities look very clean, well maintained almost as it just opened recently. Loved the fact that the facilities had a parking garage that made it even easier to unload and access your storage. Only thing was that one of the elevators was out of commission on a very busy day and could use more carts since a lot was already in use. Other than that A++++

Misleading, borderline deceptive

Their site claims first month rent is $1, and confirmed with property manager when I moved in. However, two weeks later my account shows overdue rent amount of almost $9. Plus, you have to buy one of their special locks ($20) when you move in... this wasn't disclosed when I signed up. The property manager was nice.

I made a reservation online

I made a reservation online. I received a call from Public Storage before I had even finished printing out my paperwork. She went over everything quickly and efficiently so that when I went in to pay for the first month it was taken care of in just a few minutes. She was very thorough with all of the information. I'm quite happy with my experience!

I love it here, the staff (especially Emilee and Tatum) were very helpful, and the units and lots are kept meticulously clean. Very nice.

Tatum and Emilee were very enthusiastic and helpful when I went in today to get a quote for a storage unit for my company's needs. Definitely and asset to your company! The units themselves were clean and odor free, so we will be renting one from you in the coming days.

Really nice facility, and they seem to be finding their groove after the transition from Cardinal. Nice staff, very helpful. Oh and Dominque totally saved our bacon when we left our unit door open (it was really hot and we were dumb) ON HER LUNCH BREAK.
